Coming soon
North Carolina is coming to Hometown Line
You’re in the right place, and the whole site is open to you. We only show scores a state’s association lets us read and credit, and North Carolina’s aren’t readable yet. Here’s how Wake Forest gets on, and how to play in the meantime.
Play this Friday anyway
Every game on the board is open to you, in any state. Call the week’s biggest games, or follow a state next door.
Getting Wake Forest on the site
North Carolina’s scores aren’t on the site yet. The NCHSAA's site has no games; schools' schedules sit with a vendor (DragonFly) whose terms require written approval before another site may use them. We’ve written to North Carolina High School Athletic Association asking to show them, credited to it, and we’re waiting on its answer.
Coach or athletic director? You don’t have to wait on the association: put Wake Forest’s season on the site yourself through the Team Desk, in about ten minutes.

Everything above comes from Wake Forest’s own article — except the few lines that name a different one — and is real. Hometown Line also runs a scoring model over North Carolina high school football. Every prediction it makes is the model’s own. Where North Carolina publishes a schedule the site may read, the games ahead are that schedule; where it does not, the fixtures ahead are generated so the model has something to predict. A result is shown only where its source is named.
